We believe in God
- As he has revealed himself to be through the Bible and his son Jesus.
- We believe in God the Father who loves all people and created them for a relationship with himself.
- We believe in Jesus who came to reveal God and restore us to the relationship with him that he intended. He did this by dying for our sins, rising again from the dead, ascending into heaven, and pouring out the Holy Spirit. We believe that he was and is fully God and fully man, and that he is the only way for mankind to come to God.
- We believe in the Holy Spirit, who is fully God and who is active in the church today, both individually and corporately, to display the glory of God and to empower us to continue the work that Jesus started.
We believe the Bible
- We believe that the 66 books of the Bible are the eternal, inspired, infallible word of God.
- We believe that it speaks with God's authority, to all men of every age and culture, to reveal Christ and to establish every matter of doctrine and practice in the church.
- We believe in a God who is always speaking, but that nothing he will say will in any way add to or contradict the revelation already laid out in the scriptures.
We believe the church has a mission
- We believe that the true church of God consists of all those who belong to Jesus and acknowledge him as Lord in every part of the world and at every time, past, present and future.
- We believe that every member of the universal church needs to be rooted into a local expression of the church under the oversight of elders who are accountable before God for their care.
- We believe that it is through the church that God has chosen to reach and transform the world with the good news of hope in Jesus and see the will of God done on earth as it is in heaven.
